Nieuws - Premie hypotheekgarantie omhoog - 7 september 2006

Vanaf volgend jaar wordt het duurder om een beroep te doen op de Nationale Hypotheek Garantie (NHG). De bijdrage van huizenkopers stijgt met ingang van 1 januari van 0,28 naar 0,40 procent van de hypotheeksom.
Dat maakte directeur Karel Schiffer van de Stichting Waarborgfonds Eigen Woningen, die de garanties verstrekt, donderdag bekend.

Volgens Schiffer zijn huizenkopers, die de premie van de NHG meefinancieren, door de stijging gemiddeld 1 euro per maand meer kwijt. "Het is een forse verhoging, maar per saldo blijven de effecten voor kopers zeer beperkt."
Reden voor de stijging is de toename van het aantal gedwongen verkopen van woningen en de stijging van het aantal kopers dat gebruik maakt van de NHG.

Zelf heb ik deze manier (met een uitgebreide presentatie met super foto's en een realistische prijs) in 2 à 3 weken tijd 100+ bezichtingen in weten te plannen en heb ik het record gebroken bij makelaarsland.
